Accessories, and Sale items are FINAL and cannot be returned for store credit.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items that appear worn, or that have stains, odors, etc will not be accepted. Items must be in resalable condition. Please fold your merchandise before packaging it for return or exchange. If an item is not accepted, you will be responsible for the return postage. If you choose not to have your unsalable items returned to you, they will be donated to a non-profit organization. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Merchandise may be returned for ONLINE STORE CREDIT only within 30 days of delivery. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If items are returned after 30 days, return shipping will be paid by the customer within three business days or the item(s) will be donated to a non-profit organization.
When requesting a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, a store credit code will be emailed to the email address on file within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend a shipping method that provides a tracking number.
Bump and Beyond Boutique is not responsible for products lost or damaged in the mail. The Postal Service or UPS will be responsible once we ship the packages.
Bump and Beyond Boutique is not responsible for products marked 'Delivered' by the Post Office. You will need to check your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package. Please allow 3-4 business days for our store to receive the return, and 3-5 business days for us to process the store credit.
Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges on any items. We recommend purchasing the item, and then shipping back the returned product. Returned items will be processed for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
If you have received an item with any defects, please contact our store within 3 days to inform us of the issue. We are not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
